These Terms and Conditions exist for the benefit of TipTopAd.com and its members.
1. Relationship:
1.01 By joining our site as a member, you automatically agree to these Terms of Service, Privacy and Refund Policy of TipTopAd.com. Members that do not agree to any of these Terms of Service, Privacy and Refund Policy, should stop using our site/service and terminate their account immediately.
1.02 A member is neither an employee nor an independent contractor of TipTopAd.com.
1.03 The member is totally responsible for the money he/she spends in our site TipTopAd.com.
2. Illegal activity:
2.01 Members may not present TipTopAd.com promotions on any page, newsgroup, email or any distribution method that is regarded objectionable by TipTopAd.com, its Internet Service Providers, or otherwise considered unlawful according to any controlling legal authority. This includes, but is not limited to, pornography, computer viruses, obscenity or Spam.
2.02 Members of our site are not allowed to gain referrals by enticing them with gifts/rewards/any other incentives other than that mentioned in our site.
3. Third-Party Liability:
3.01 TipTopAd.com will in no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause harm to members.
4. Membership Fee:
4.01 There is no Membership fee to join our site. However, a fees may be introduced if deemed necessary by TipTopAd.com.
5. Cancellation/Termination of membership:
5.01 Membership at TipTopAd.com is voluntary and therefore may be canceled at any time by the member.
5.02 TipTopAd.com, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate without notice, the account of any member caught in violation of the Terms of Service, Privacy or Refund Policy.
5.03 Any member acting unethical or unprofessional may be removed without refund (if any) at the sole discretion of TipTopAd.com with all current and future commissions and site usage forfeited.
5.04 Any membership that is cancelled/terminated will forfeit all benefits and privileges associated with TipTopAd.com. Any positions held in TipTopAd.com will also be forfeited and ownership will be reassigned to TipTopAd.com.
5.05 We reserve the right to terminate the member's account in cases like, but not limited to, spamming, cheating, misuse or abuse of our site/program/site admin(s)/site member(s).
5.06 In all cases of account closure/cancellation/termination, administrative fees of 10% on the total deposited amount will be applicable.
6. Payments:
6.01 We may manually verify each payment to prevent fraudulent activity. Therefore, it may take upto 78 hours for your account to be updated.
7. Refund Policy:
7.01 All purchased items (Upgrade fees for memberships (if any)/Add funds/Purchase of Website Lisitng (packs) or other ad package(s)/surf free plans including others) are non-refundable (NO REFUND).
7.02 If you make a dispute, Charge back or reverse transactions on your purchases, your account will be suspended immediately. On closure of dispute, we will re-evaluate the situation and may either reinstate your account or terminate your account.
8. For Advertisers:
8.01 Pornography / Adult / or any related ads are not allowed.
8.02 Ads that disgrace any Religion / Faiths / Beliefs / Culture / Race / person / animals or any other living creatures / our site / other sites / other programs are not allowed.
8.03 Ads with false / fake / misleading claims are not allowed.
Your account will be terminated if these type of ads are posted.
9. Privacy Policy:
9.01 TipTopAd.com will never provide personal information about its members to third parties without the consent of the member unless required by law.
9.02 Your information collected is used for communication of TipTopAd.com with the members and will not be sold to any other company.
9.03 We use cookies to keep track of advertisements and Affiliates. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.
10. Contact Information:
1.01 It is the responsibility of members to keep their personal records up to date at the members area. TipTopAd.com will not be responsible for communication error due to incorrect or out of date contact information. Continued failed attempts to make contact with you may result in the termination of your membership.
11. Copyright Material:
11.01 All branding, logos and graphics contained within TipTopAd.com are copyright use; distribution or copying of such content is expressly prohibited. TipTopAd.com provides members with approved material for marketing within the members area.
